- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, implementing measures to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to IT-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or management roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Windows Server.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, VLAN, and network security concepts.
- Experience with Teamcenter/NX, CATIA, and other CAD/CAM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- English language proficiency at an advanced level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or related field.
