Global Payroll Implementation Specialist

About the RoleAs an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring and delivering international payroll implementations for our global client base. You will work closely with our project management team, clients, and local country payroll partners to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Project Set-up: Organize and run kick-off meetings, create project plans, and deliver implementation packs.
- Client and Project Management: Support project review calls, coordinate and deliver on project streams, and manage changes to scope and delivery schedule.
- Payroll Process: Define and set-up client payroll processes, establish payroll and data needs, and work with local country payroll partners to conclude local registration processes.
- Payment and Banking Process Definition: Work with the iiPay treasury team, payroll partner, and client to agree and set-up payment and banking processes.
- System set-up and parallel payroll process: Define, agree, and configure interfaces, reports, and systems configurations.
- Go-live transition: Work with the iiPay operations team and client account manager to transition payroll at go-live.
- Sign-off and documentation: Work with the client to sign-off the project and document client-specific needs and processes.
- Ability to demonstrate data coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time-critical tasks and assign responsibilities to third-party organizations.
- Experience of using or managing payroll processes and their associated systems.
- Experience of working with international clients, demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and gain trust with client contacts.
- Highly motivated and driven professional individual with a proven track record of delivering projects on time with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience of working within a regulated service delivery environment.
