Key Accounts Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of back-office tasks and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales persons in back-office tasks, including tenders, orders, documents, and equipment management in SAP and CRM.
- Maintain customer data and hierarchies in SAP and CRM, as instructed by sales persons or key account managers.
- Monitor leads and new opportunities in CRM and assign them to the right person.
- Follow up on customer approvals of designs and lay-out drawings.
- Assist in general office tasks and provide reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, and finance managers.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, calculations, and formulas.
- Intermediate level in both written and verbal English.
- Good knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
