Job Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at DB Schenker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of daily cash receipts, credit card processing, and journal entries. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post daily cash receipts, credit card payments, and journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with accounts receivable applications, including invoicing, credit memos, and collections.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
