Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardization processes to maintain optimal manufacturing processes and guarantee product quality.
- Design and develop manufacturing systems that meet quality and capacity requirements, ensuring efficient operations and work methods.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to validate new equipment and technologies, and implement ECOs and PCNs.
- Lead staff development, training, and administration, and represent the Engineering department in MRB Boards.
- Develop and evaluate new technologies to support process development, implementation, and supervision.
- Analyze product defects, efficiency, productivity, OEE, and downtime to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and control capital and budgets, and monitor compliance with established limits.
- Prepare documents to facilitate product manufacturing procedures, and analyze and solve process-related problems.
Requirements:
- Strong background in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality assurance.
- Experience in developing and implementing standardization processes, and designing manufacturing systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
