About the Role

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in identifying, structuring, and executing targeted merger and acquisition opportunities in support of our broader corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Evaluation: Drive the financial evaluation of investment opportunities alongside the wider Corporate Development Team and Senior Business leaders in support of NTT DATA's strategic priorities.
  • Financial Modeling: Lead the development of financial modeling and the development of financial analyses of potential acquisition targets.
  • Due Diligence: Lead/Co-Lead due diligence processes collaborating with both external stakeholders and cross-functional work teams.
  • Synergy Opportunities: Evaluate synergy opportunities and risks associated with potential investments.
  • Investment Committee: Prepare Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities.
  • Market Dynamics: Follow competitive and market dynamics to inform decisions on future investments and develop a deep understanding of sector and key themes and impacts to valuation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in either Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance functions, with experience in structuring complex corporate transactions.
  • Financial Modeling: Must have extensive financial modeling experience with a deep understanding of valuation techniques and methodologies (including DCF, LBO, and ROIC).
  • Financial Background: Strong financial background with demonstrable ability to interpret financials, construct complex financial models and develop detailed financial scenarios.
  • M&A Transactions: Proven track record in working in M&A transactions with the ability to perform independently, managing complex analysis and multiple dynamic projects.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Passion for Excellence: Passion for excellence and ability to drive projects through to execution with competing timelines.
Basic Experience Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years+ prior experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance/Accounting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or related positions.
  • Education: Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
