About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Idea Generation: Develop and articulate new business ideas that align with our company's strategy and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct desktop market research to stay informed about current and emerging business trends.
  • Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models to support new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and drive business growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Produce thought leadership reports and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in business development, with a strong background in finance and strategy.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad industry experience, including oil and gas, technology, and professional services.
