About the Opportunity:
A key leadership role has arisen in the People and Culture Department, leading to an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Director in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and initiatives, driving business outcomes and employee retention. This includes acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record of delivering results in large organizations. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of generalist HR policy, procedures, and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiativesProvide expert advice on HR policies and proceduresAct as a strategic partner to business leadersEnsure compliance with legislative requirementsContribute to FCTG strategy developmentRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Intimate knowledge of generalist HR policy, procedures, and practice
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Proven successful performance in HR or Advisory role in a large organization
- Knowledge of future trends in HR and ability to think strategically
- Understanding of alignment of all HR practices with organizational strategy and business outcomes
