About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to lead the activities of the HR Operation in our Mexico location. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the business to ensure that HR Administration services are running in a systematic and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure HR Administration services are running efficiently, including data management, employee service center support, pension and benefits administration, pre-onboarding for new joiners, contract management, and digital archiving system.
  • Monitor the efficiency and productivity of team members and ensure deliverables are met in line with agreed SLA and Quality.
  • Suggest and implement innovative ideas and interventions to improve the efficiency of HRO Admin function.
  • Digitalize the HRO Admin function as much as possible to simplify processes and increase Employee Satisfaction.
  • Strengthen HRO Admin processes to ensure there are no gaps/loop-holes, document the same and provide training / cascade to all HR team.
  • Represent HRO Admin team in all audits (ICQ, ISO, OHSAS, Social, E&C etc.) and provide required data and ensure compliance to audit requirements.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a strong leadership background and a bachelor's degree in any relevant field, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in HR within a shared service model is desirable. Fluency in English is a must, and experience working with platforms such as Service Now, SuccessFactors, SAP is a plus.
