Senior Enterprise Sales Manager for Wide Products

About the Role
This senior-level position is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with high-value partner accounts, assessing risks, and justifying investments. The role guides sales efforts, monitors performance, and provides accurate forecasts while achieving revenue targets and mentoring junior members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as an expert to partners for complex information regarding the organization's offerings, promotions, and configurations.
- Develops strategic relationships with partners to grow the organization's overall business and ensure long-term opportunities.
- Works with large partner accounts, performs risk assessments, and provides business rationale for investments.
- Sets revenue targets and monitors performance against targets, providing accurate revenue forecasts.
- Engages in transactional and relationship selling, directing sales professionals and achieving sales quotas.
- Navigates conflicts between partners and the organization to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field. Preferred skills include account management, automation, business development, and customer relationship management.
Benefits and Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
