Hewlett Packard is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the enterprise market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the enterprise market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales results and exceed targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of work experience in enterprise sales, preferably in channel & alliance or related field
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
