Key Responsibilities- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention, including recognition and reward initiatives.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of our benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure optimal service and value.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all benefits and compensation regulations, including pay equity and transparency requirements, HIPAA, and ERISA.
- Communication and Education: Develop and implement communication and education programs to inform employees about our total rewards package and benefits.
- Project Management: Lead projects and initiatives to improve our total rewards strategy and benefits administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 or more years in benefits and compensation administration, with CBP and/or CCP certification preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Prior people leadership experience required.
- Skills: Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- HRIS Experience: Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with UKG and Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- On-Site Role: This is an on-site role, with occasional travel required (up to 10%).
- Work Environment: Work will primarily be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
