We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Planning and Operations Lead to join our LATAM Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and aligning our priorities across the brand in partnership with the Nike LATAM Marketing Leadership Team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with 5+ years' experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex marketing environment
  • Proven ability to shape consumer insights and industry trends into actionable strategies
  • Strategic and Analytical approach: Innovative problem-solving ability, using multiple sources of input
  • Process rigor: Developed skills in Brand Management & Marketing strategy, plus general skills across Finance, Data/Analytics and ability to drive work to with end-to-end impact
  • Proven ability to drive collaboration and integration with cross-functional teams, providing strong project management leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentations skills; ability to inspire and influence both internal and external partners, including senior leadership
