The Role

As a Creator Success Manager at Jellysmack, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-profile creators and developing strategic roadmaps to help them grow their presence across social platforms. You will serve as the face of the company to creators, advocating for their needs and priorities, and providing valuable insights to shape our product offerings.

The Responsibilities

  • Drive creator satisfaction, expansion, and retention efforts.
  • Evaluate creator performance and provide data-driven insights to fuel audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify and pitch new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to creators' needs.
  • Lead renewals for creators, shaping the renewal strategy and negotiating with partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address creator-related questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Become a trusted partner to creators and their representatives, developing strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR to identify media opportunities for creators and leverage their advocacy.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new creators, setting up their accounts and capturing critical business information.
  • Capture important data and information throughout the partnership and log critical communication and updates into internal databases.

The Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience in account management, talent management, partnership management, or other client services.
  • You are passionate about the digital ecosystem and familiar with top-tier content creators.
  • You are highly effective at using data and insights to shape proposals and persuade others.
