Customer Success Account Manager

At Tokeet, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and driving their success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, providing thorough training and support to maximize platform utilization.
  • Account Management: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication: Provide clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish, addressing urgent inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback on product improvements and communicate this to our Product Management team, driving continuous innovation and growth.
  • Churn Prevention: Proactively address dissatisfaction and promote additional benefits to prevent client churn, ensuring long-term success for our clients.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in property management.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
