As a Customer Service and Admin Support specialist, you will be responsible for managing online orders, coordinating shipments, and distributing customer statements.

Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process and manage online orders with 90% of the workload conducted online and 10-15% via WhatsApp/email requiring manual entry.
- Shipments Coordination: Coordinate weekly fresh fish orders, including summarizing and arranging shipments.
- Customer Statement Distribution: Distribute customer statements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Primarily written communication (email/WhatsApp) with rare voice interactions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant.
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal).
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks independently.
- Able to work full-time without distractions from other jobs.
