About the Job

You will serve as a Technical Account Manager on-site, interacting with various stakeholders to understand customer requirements and preferences. Your key responsibilities will revolve around delivering high-quality customer service, managing relationships, and resolving issues efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Utilize our proprietary ticketing system to manage support requests and ensure efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with PC software/hardware, Networking devices, Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN).
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening, weekend work (time off in lieu).
  • Experience with Windows OS, Android/iOS, Desktop Support, SAP.
We Look for
  • A comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, Routers).
  • Analog and digital circuit expertise (E1, STM-1, Metro E).
  • English and Spanish fluency, with Portuguese language proficiency a plus.
  • Proven experience in Helpdesk/Desktop Support/Technical Support within an enterprise environment.
