Game Support Team Lead

As a Senior Player Support Agent at Lionbridge Games, you will take on a leadership role within our support team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert assistance to players, resolve complex issues, and optimize our support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level support to players, addressing technical challenges and escalated cases with a polite, professional, and empathetic approach.
• Collaborate with the support team to prioritize and manage support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent player experience.
• Identify recurring player issues and share insights with the development department to inform improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of support resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date on game updates, changes, and known issues to provide accurate information.
• Mentor junior support agents, assisting with their training and development to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive gaming knowledge and deep understanding of game mechanics.
• Proven experience in a player support or customer service role.
• Advanced technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot complex gaming issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
