Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
This role involves interacting with guests in a professional manner, addressing their service needs, and providing them with a positive experience. You will also be responsible for following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is approximately 46,500 - 61,800 MXN per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
