We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Operadora PayPal de México S. de R.L. de C.V.
About the Role:This is a full-time position offering a variety of shift timings, ranging from early morning to overnight shifts, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and educating customers on how to use Venmo to send and receive payments.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team to deliver seamless experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Educate customers on how to use Venmo's features and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual English-Spanish language skills (written and verbal)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
