As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our customers. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues.

- Ensure the confidentiality of all log-in and passwords.

- Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support.
