About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Facilities Coordinator at JLL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing exceptional support to our associates and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, day users, and visitor check-in and check-out process
  • Resolve problems associated with building services, including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
  • Conduct daily site walks to assess site and floor conditions
  • Liaise with associates, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the functionality of the workspace
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Manage receptionist services, kitchen, and office supplies, and reorder stock as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, mail collection, distribution, and courier services
  • Identify and report any issues affecting the space or workplace experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
