Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed and work closely with customer organizations to grow existing service lines and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Meet revenue targets for assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers and engage them to drive business growth.
  • Act as the onsite bridge for offshore engineers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure business continuity and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in engagement management, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with experience in IPTV and OTT.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Claro or America Movil organizations or their competitors.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in media and telecom domain business.

Work Environment:

This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to our office in Ciudad de México and relocate before starting work.
