Motive Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:
An expert in driving successful onboarding projects for Motive's high-value customers. You will create and own the onboarding project plan, including metrics for success, such as Customer Kick Off, Go Live, and CSAT.
This role combines strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of Motive products to guide clients through complex onboarding processes. You will coordinate efforts with the Enterprise account team to drive initial adoption and ongoing training and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the onboarding program for clients based on product initiatives
- Develop and track key performance indicators for the onboarding program
- Owning the implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts, including successful software training to drive adoption
- Serving as the primary point of contact during the client onboarding phase for all hardware and software implementations
- Ensuring timely and successful completion of new client onboarding for all assigned accounts
- Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption within scope and on schedule
- Hosting virtual or in-person group training sessions for new customers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B capacity, preferably in trucking, logistics, or fleet management
- Strong business background, including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
