**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the correct execution of benefits projects, conducting benchmarking studies, and creating business cases to recommend benefits programs to management.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the correct execution of benefits projects.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value-added analyses and summaries.
- Create business cases to recommend benefits programs to management by researching employee requirements, trends, market prevalence, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
- Supports management's decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.
- Informs stakeholders of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members regarding benefits projects.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
**Requirements**
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and directors.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking.
- Project management skills.
