Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our Client Solutions Department as a Client Solutions Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer profiles, having direct communication with customers, and ensuring the best possible experience in their logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide detailed customer information to all departments.
  • Use your best judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
  • Provide quotations to customers when required.
  • Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
  • Handle any special requests from our customers.
  • Send new shipment bookings to customers.
  • Validate and confirm all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (both in English and Spanish).
  • Service-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • College background in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of logistics experience.
  • Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
