We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Trane Technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and talent management, and who is looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and developing effective strategies to meet those needs.
Building and maintaining relationships with a network of contacts and candidates to identify and attract top talent.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage with top talent.
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
A strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and tactics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
