We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Marsh McLennan in Mexico City. This role will involve working on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and acting as a technical focal point for the team.
- Coordinate interviews, guide selected candidates through the hiring process, and manage documentation and logistics across LAC and Brazil.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administrative/operational processes, with experience as a technical focal point.
- Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, and Hirevue.
- Advanced English language skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
