About the Role
This is a dynamic position within Sephora where you will play a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies. As a Compensation and Benefits Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans to motivate employees
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust compensation strategies accordingly
- Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and pension plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to organizational leaders and HR staff on compensation and benefits policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and managing compensation and benefits policies
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and compensation and benefits regulations
- Familiarity with Mercer methodology and HR analysis tools
