About the Role

This Senior Business Service Analyst position is a key member of our operations team, responsible for managing service requests and resolving critical issues related to employee compensation and system access. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests to resolve compensation and timecard issues in a timely manner.">
  • Troubleshoot system issues by collaborating with various teams to ensure rapid resolution.">
  • Perform scheduled tasks such as validating system data, extracting employee lists, and uploading access files.">
  • Address synchronization issues between platforms and resolve access or user interface concerns.">
  • Oversee the timecard adjustment process and manage related service tickets.">
  • Generate reports, review data accuracy, and coordinate approval processes with internal stakeholders.">
  • Provide support for testing and development of system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams.">
