The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SMILE80 software platform, which ensures the efficient integration of systems and guarantees optimal management of all operations, from raw material entry to storage and shipping.

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Automation Project Manager - Site Activities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our site engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing site activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily reports to customers and field management, including activities completed, planned activities, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage E80 employees and contractors/vendors to accomplish field engineering project tasks.
- Keep the SiteLog document updated and upload it to the shared folder on the server.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring everyone involved in the project is informed and aligned with activities on site.
- Monitor and report system performances, analyzing data collected.
- Manage the field engineering budget, scheduling activities and resources to save costs.
- Oversee E80 employees and representatives on site, ensuring safety rules are followed.
- Ensure systems perform as required in a fully safe mode, as per guidelines given by E80's Safety Department.
- Responsible for the Commissioning & Training document (Ready To Run) to be signed off before leaving the system or machine to the customer.
- Organize stress tests to evaluate peak performances and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the Final Acceptance Test and all involved procedures.
- Ensure the company has performed well and passed the Final Acceptance Test.
- Oversee the Handover process.
- An associate degree in an industrial field or significant technical professional experience in the packaging, tissue, or material industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating/leading teams for installation, start-up, and commissioning of systems in the packaging, tissue, or material handling industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of industrial automation machines preferred.
- Behave Ethically: understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
- Communicate Effectively: speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Foster Teamwork: work cooperatively and effectively with E80 employees, vendors, and clients to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to achieve site activities project goals.
- Lead: positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
- English required. Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Travel: Approximately 70-90% of time will be at customer premises, including international locations.
