Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México Lyft A tiempo completo

At Lyft, our mission is to revolutionize the way people move around their communities. We're looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Threat Hunter and Incident Responder to join our team.

We connect people to transportation, and we're committed to keeping their personal information and travel details safe. Our security team leads efforts across the company to ensure our systems are secure and trustworthy.

As a Cybersecurity Threat Hunter and Incident Responder, you'll be responsible for identifying and responding to security incidents. You'll work closely with our detection engineering team to implement new security strategies and enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.

You'll also conduct proactive threat hunting operations to uncover detection gaps and identify weaknesses in our security controls. Your goal will be to refine our processes and improve our incident response capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat landscapes, attack vectors, and security best practices. You'll also need proficiency in using security tools and technologies such as SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS.

Your experience in monitoring and analyzing security alerts and events will be essential. You'll need to be able to identify and investigate potential security incidents and determine their severity. Strong communication skills are also critical, as you'll be working closely with other teams and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with incident response processes, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. They're also familiar with threat hunting techniques, including TTPs analysis, anomaly detection, and behavior analysis.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
