About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate personnel controls, including the integrity of personnel files, rotation rates, retention, food safety, security, mobility, and other applicable areas.
  • Control and administer compensations derived from the Collective Contract.
  • Attend to, monitor, and resolve internal and external labor problems.
  • Control punctuality, absenteeism, and lack of personnel.
  • Ensure the necessary personnel for the operation of production lines.
  • Select external personnel and organize recruitment.
  • Select internal personnel and manage career plans.
  • Develop strategies to eliminate areas of opportunity regarding absenteeism and turnover.
  • Carry out events for staff to guarantee recognition and integration.
  • Actively participate in MOTOR and team integration initiatives.
  • Coordinate Quality of Life Committee, Recognition Committee, and/or Work Team.
  • Develop and innovate In & Out programs to maintain energy and motivation towards the model.
  • Carry out necessary actions to implement and maintain the SGA/SIGLOSS.
  • Perform SOC/SOS tours.
  • Participate in security audits and food safety self-inspections.
  • Support managers in detecting training needs in environmental issues and raising awareness among all employees on these issues.
  • Develop and implement the training plan and save records.
  • Manage and develop disabled staff.
  • Collaborate in the definition of quality objectives and food safety, according to customer and consumer requirements.
  • Support in the documentation and analysis of data for decision-making on quality and food safety, through the use of statistical tools (Quality Route, CEP, Kaizen).
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • English desirable.
  • Office intermediate or advanced.
  • SAP desirable.
  • Focus on results.
  • Time management.
  • Experience with unions.
  • Experience in a plant environment.
