We're seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to drive technical relationships with our enterprise clients. With a strong background in sales and technology, you'll be responsible for mapping customer requirements to our software solutions, while showcasing the value and benefits of our products.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and directors. Your experience in scoping and managing customer pilots, as well as executing proofs of concept, will be invaluable in driving customer happiness and satisfaction.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical information to our customers. As a key technical bridge between our sales teams and prospects, your role will be critical in driving business growth and success.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise software selling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions
  • Outstanding solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a graduate degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Zendesk, Inc., a leader in customer service software, as a Senior Solutions Consultant. You'll be part of a team that advocates for digital-first customer experiences and promotes flexibility and diversity in the workplace. We offer a competitive salary range of $138,000-$206,000, based on job-related capabilities and applicable experience. The US annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range includes a base pay of $80% and commission of $20%. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
