Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team in Mexico. As an essential member of our AdOps team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital advertising.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to make a direct impact on the company's success. As an Ad Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with various KPIs.
  • Crafting programmatic deals and advising traders on optimal delivery and performance strategies.
  • Troubleshooting campaigns and deals, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Implementing tracking technologies to enhance measurement capabilities for clients and agencies.
  • Resolving discrepancies through collaboration with internal teams and agency involvement.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports for clients and other departments involved in campaign processes.
  • Sharing optimization insights and proposed adjustments to continuously improve campaign results.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate campaign invoicing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker in media agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or related areas.
  • Proven expertise working with international brands and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, Adform, SmartRTB+, Amazon DSP.
  • Knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
  • Experience with various tools, including Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Certification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, etc.).
  • Data-centric skills, with proficiency in Excel and data processing using simple and complex formulas, as well as pivot tables.
  • A strong level of English proficiency.
