About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Strategic CPG Advertising Sales Expert to join our newly formed Uber Ads division as a key player in driving ad sales strategies across top CPG brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful, mutually beneficial ad partnerships with major CPG organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with our New Verticals Sales team to create and execute ad strategies that meet and exceed our CPG partners' marketing goals.
- Establish strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives within CPG organizations.
- Collaborate across teams - Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing - to ensure exceptional results for our partners.
- Drive the adoption of our newest ad products by showcasing their unique value and creativity.
- Craft compelling pitch narratives that resonate with our CPG partners and contribute to team-wide success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end CPG/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
- Proven experience in selling ad solutions to large, complex CPG brands and organizations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that drive success for both our partners and Uber.
- A creative storyteller who can leverage data to highlight opportunities and influence key decision-makers.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
This role requires a go-getter attitude, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and navigate ambiguity with speed and resourcefulness. A demonstrated leadership skillset is also essential for this position. We estimate the salary range for this position to be $120,000-$180,000 annually, based on the location and industry standards.
