We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team, you will be responsible for the robust and secure delivery of global IDAM services aligned to the very best possible user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist the IDAM Service Experience Lead in ensuring that the service meets business needs and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Champion customer needs and influence product roadmap and design to drive the very best possible user experience.

- Assist in the build of sustainable, productive partnerships with internal & third-party providers of Identity Services.

- Monitor and report upon Service Metrics and partake in regular service reviews.

- Assist in the management of escalation to the Service Delivery stakeholders for IDAM areas of concern.

- Assist with problem, incident, and change management processes in support of managed service providers.

- Maintain a good understanding of all utilized and planned Identity and Access Management products.

- Assist in the support of major implementations and ensure defined governance is followed in order to maximize service robustness & availability.

- Experience in service reviews and delivery.
