Lead Brand Operations Specialist

Nike is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a skilled professional to join our team.
As a Lead Brand Operations Specialist within the LATAM Marketing Team, you will be responsible for setting and aligning priorities across the brand in partnership with the Nike LATAM Marketing Leadership Team. You will have the ability to work with non-routine information and develop recommendations for ideas or services. Your skills will enable you to develop and manage strategic and operational initiatives to deliver results.
The role takes the lead for marketing in critical enterprise processes and marketing functional moments & milestones, ensuring clarity in our marketing direction, clear decisions that enable our priorities to be structured & implemented, and measurement of our brand performance that fuels continuous learning and improvement.
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor Degree with 5+ years' experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex marketing environment. You should have proven ability to shape consumer insights and industry trends into actionable strategies. Additionally, you should possess a strategic and Analytical approach, with Innovative problem-solving ability, using multiple sources of input. Process rigor, Developed skills in Brand Management & Marketing strategy, plus general skills across Finance, Data/Analytics and ability to drive work to with end-to-end impact.
You will work directly with the Nike LATAM Senior Marketing Director and a variety of cross-functional partners within Marketing, Marketplace, and Merchandise team. You will serve as key partner across the Marketing Leadership team, organizing the operations of our brand initiatives.
This role serves as a key point of contact and liaison for the APLA Brand Planning & Operations Team.
