**HR LEADER ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Leader to join our team at Gates Corporation. As an HR Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function at our FP Plant, providing support, feedback, and coaching to the Plant and Human Resources teams, and ensuring compliance with Gates values and labor laws.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function at our FP Plant
• Provide support, feedback, and coaching to the Plant and Human Resources teams
• Monitor compliance with Gates values and labor laws
• Ensure effective communication and working environment within the Plant
• Ensure compliance and proper administration of Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, and Dismissal procedures
• Guarantee the protection of employee information
• Report vital information from the Human Resources department to Corporate and Plant Management

**PAY & BENEFITS**

• Saving Incentive: 13% of base salary paid monthly
• Profit Sharing - according to local laws and Gates policy
• Meal Allowance: $3,346.00 MXP per month
• Medical and Life Insurance Coverage - according to Gates de México Policy
• Social Security (IMSS) - 100% covered by Gates
• Vacation and Holidays - under Gates Personnel Policies for Gates de México
• Gates Pension Plan - contribution defined by Gates Pension Plan Fund according to current policy (optional)
• Canteen Service - according to Plant agreement
• Christmas Bonus: 30 days of salary

**REQUIREMENTS**

• 5-7 years of experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related area
• 70% proficiency in English (able to communicate)
• Diploma in Labor Law, Human Resources, Negotiation, Labor Relations, and/or STPS Regulations (desirable)
• Experience in Recruitment, Training, Labor Requirements, Contracts, Terminations, Labor Relations with Unions, and Union Negotiations
