Job Description:

As our ideal candidate, you will lead our HR team in Plant operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Talent Management: Foster a culture of excellence by identifying, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Labor Relations: Ensure seamless communication with unions to maintain compliance and drive negotiations
  • Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits: Implement fair and competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards
  • Union Relations Manager: Collaborate with union representatives to resolve conflicts and negotiate agreements

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in leading leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
