**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes, managing projects, and providing insights to support decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in creating and approving budgets for key accounts and new business, providing analytical support to drive growth-focused decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
  • Propose fee negotiations and team structures to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Track payments and billing to ensure accurate financial monitoring.
  • Manage administration tasks such as SOWs, contracts, and production details.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of operational strategies aimed at optimizing business performance and fostering sustainable growth.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise project processes and anticipate potential issues or risks.
  • Monitor and supervise internal business health.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an agency/digital marketing consultancy as Operations or Project Management.
  • Experience in budget management and knowledge of project monitoring.
  • Knowledge of key account and new business operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Problem-solving skills.
