Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Supervisor to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for determining the training and development needs of employees across various company areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain onboarding training programs for production areas.
  • Lead and coordinate internal trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Schedule and implement the annual training and development plan.
  • Establish relationships with specialized companies, educational institutions, and external consultants to update the training inventory.
  • Prepare and administer the training and development budget.
  • Control the selection, production, and acquisition of training materials and submit them for management approval.
  • Coordinate and/or participate in the logistics and implementation of training courses required by the training program.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and propose improvement recommendations.
  • Establish and report training and staff development indicators.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and maintain the integrity of the training and development process database and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal authorities and company internal/external certifications.
  • Participate in the implementation of motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sporting events.
  • Support internal and/or external audits.
