We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business within a country with complex analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
About the Role
- Ensure the operational conversion of strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business.
- Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for investments and projects.
- Monitor and measure business performance, and drive early warning for resource redirection.
- Provide accurate operational information and advice to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity and provide value-added insights to support business decisions.
- Continuously improve and streamline management reporting processes.
- Support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet changing business demands.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products.
Requirements
- Chartered accountant or Finance degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
