- Demonstrated basic English skills.
- One year of previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
- Good general office skills, including typing, filing, and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment.
- Ability to work variable shifts.
