About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically execute the hiring process to acquire top talent with speed and quality.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, building long-term relationships and actively selling the Amex brand.
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to achieve hiring volume and headcount goals, providing feedback on candidates and influencing hiring decisions.
- Manage job postings, requisitions, and candidate dispositions, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates.
- Conduct first-round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments, structuring new offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Partner with employee relations, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong English speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
