About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Measurement & Analytics Manager/Lead to join our team at EssenceMediacom to support the Coca-Cola team in Latam and focus on driving strategic initiatives, including Experimentation @ Scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Experimentation @ Scale initiative in Latam, working closely with the global EssenceMediacom Data and Experimentation team, Latam TCCC team, and Latam Essence Mediacom teams.
  • Define key testing areas and coordinate learning agendas with global priorities, strengthening local expertise in testing and measurement.
  • Collaborate with analytics and executional teams in each Latam market to co-create and execute the learning agenda for TCCC in Latam.
  • Develop measurement and analytics approaches for Experimentation @ Scale, depending on the type of test or hypothesis.
  • Provide expert opinion on channel and digital media measurement solutions specific to testing and experimentation to clients and account teams.
  • Expand the Experimentation @ Scale process beyond media in collaboration with broader WPP TCCC teams.
  • Manage relationships with client teams and set automation and reporting strategies and roadmaps for Experimentation @ Scale.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing clients and/or multiple stakeholders inside the organization.
  • Ability to drive positive collaborative interactions among key team members and client stakeholders.
  • Keen listening skills to interpret the needs of the client.
  • Digital channel generalist with focused experience in Paid Social (and Programmatic) desirable.
  • Focused experience in media performance analytics and measurement.
  • Good knowledge of main testing and measurement techniques, including Match Market tests, A/B testing, and Brand Lift studies.
  • Experience working with media platforms and martech tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
