About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LATAM Regional Network Leader to join our team at FCM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and achieving bigger profit, billing, and growth from the regional FCM through the development of the FCM brand in our partner countries with marketing plans and initiatives from our products, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply new selling strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain and build solid relationships with partners and clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Negotiate profitable business contracts that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Evaluate and create strategies to maintain and improve client satisfaction, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Lead the regional selling strategy to support financial growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Local Account Manager or Area Leader.
  • Experience in the travel business, with a focus on corporate or leisure travel.
  • Experience leading teams through an incentive salary structure.
  • Desired experience in LATAM regional management.
  • Advanced English language skills.
