We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a **Global Business Development Director**. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Hispanic America region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Hispanic America region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the Hispanic America region.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a business development or sales capacity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted business strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering or Business Administration degree.
  • International travel experience.
  • Previous experience executing M&A.
