Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Mmc Consulting - Mmc Global. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for researching companies, generating leads, and conducting B2B negotiations to meet or exceed sales goals.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Research companies and generate leads
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct B2B negotiations and close deals
- Maintain client records in CRM
- Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
- Take part in creating strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identify and implement ways to increase leads and sales performance
Requirements:
- Background in Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, Technology, or Sustainability
- Previous experience in tele sales and lead generation
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Experience working with foreign B2B clients (US/EU)
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Strong self-management skills
- High School diploma or higher education
