Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Mmc Consulting - Mmc Global. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for researching companies, generating leads, and conducting B2B negotiations to meet or exceed sales goals.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Research companies and generate leads
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Conduct B2B negotiations and close deals
  • Maintain client records in CRM
  • Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
  • Take part in creating strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Identify and implement ways to increase leads and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Background in Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, Technology, or Sustainability
  • Previous experience in tele sales and lead generation
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Experience working with foreign B2B clients (US/EU)
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Strong self-management skills
  • High School diploma or higher education
