About the Job

At TeamViewer, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our end-users, ensuring their successful experience with our software.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a high-quality service-oriented company image.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
  • Conduct online demonstrations to explain software features and functionalities.
  • Determine potential sales opportunities and forward leads to the responsible teams.
  • Make customer satisfaction calls and participate in surveys to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Frequent travel is not required for this role.
  • You must have excellent oral and written fluency in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software is required.
  • A high level of IT and technical knowledge with an interest in the IT field is essential.
