At TeamViewer, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our end-users, ensuring their successful experience with our software.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a high-quality service-oriented company image.
Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
- Conduct online demonstrations to explain software features and functionalities.
- Determine potential sales opportunities and forward leads to the responsible teams.
- Make customer satisfaction calls and participate in surveys to improve service delivery.
- Frequent travel is not required for this role.
- You must have excellent oral and written fluency in English.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software is required.
- A high level of IT and technical knowledge with an interest in the IT field is essential.
- A competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
